We are seeking an experienced, well-connected and well-organized Business Development Manager to join our expanding Overseas Team and help us take our company and platform to the next level

What you will be doing every day


Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to achieve (and exceed) the agreed targets for programmes, client relationships and thirdparty relationships.
• Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the portfolio of agent development programmes and other agent promotional offerings in order to develop business opportunities across EUSTI programmes.
• Make presentations in the local market to promote EUSTI further.
• Create and maintain customer accounts by way of effective pipeline management and key account management skills.
• Proactively develop new business relationships with organisations, coordinating with other agency staff as necessary.
• Identify and qualify leads for new business development opportunities.
• Work with current and prospective agents to identify their strategic objectives and identify and promote programmes and services that EUSTI can offer to meet their needs.
• Identify potential programmes development opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to create marketing campaigns to generate sufficient leads to achieve target student numbers and seek innovative methods for promoting EUSTI programmes.
• Follow up inbound leads through agency staff and ensure that target student numbers are achieved.
• Pass on leads to other agency staff to grow and develop accounts.
• Develop / manage and attend national events like trade shows, exhibitions, seminars etc.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships with agencies.
• Establish strong and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
