Overview
The Project Manager in this role is a multifaceted leader who excels in client interaction, team coordination, project planning, and overall project management.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and goals for the digital projects. Maintaining effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
- Team Coordination: Assembling and leading a project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities. Managing schedules and allocating resources efficiently.
- Project Planning: Developing and monitoring project plans to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget. This includes creating timelines, setting milestones, and establishing project goals.
- Budget Management: Keeping a close eye on project budgets and expenditures. Ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints and identifying potential issues early on.
- Stakeholder Meetings: Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. Keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Deadline Management: Ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Implementing strategies to mitigate risks and delays, and proactively addressing any obstacles that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing the quality of the deliverables to meet client expectations and organizational standards. Implementing quality assurance processes to identify and rectify any issues.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to project success and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Proactively addressing challenges and adapting plans as needed.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including ownership, project plans, reports, and other relevant documentation. Ensuring that information is wellorganized and easily accessible.

Managing projects of varying complexity levels, adapting leadership and management approaches accordingly.
Requirements:
- Dubai/GCC background is a plus with at least 5 experience in Mobile App and Website Design and Development in a project manager role
- Proven experience in project management, especially in the digital sector. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to adapt methodologies based on project requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into actionable project plans. Experience in managing client expectations and providing regular project updates.
- A basic understanding of digital technologies, web development, and mobile app development processes. Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical team members.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Experience in assembling and managing project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines, milestones, and resources efficiently. Ability to prioritize tasks and make strategic decisions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to identify potential risks and develop effective strategies for risk mitigation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Openness to adopting new technologies and methodologies.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to ensure the delivery of highquality services. Attention to detail to identify and address potential issues.
- Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and making financial decisions to ensure projects stay within budget.
- Ability to negotiate with clients, and team members to achieve consensus and resolve conflicts.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain comprehensive project records and reports.
