Description
We are searching for a Female Admin Assistant with good communication skills to join our company in SharjahDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Office Organization
- Coordinating the production process, from concept to completion
- Juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently
- Providing regular project updates and status reports
- Monitoring task progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Proficiency in using office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools
- Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Creating a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies
- Identifying potential risks and developing a risk management plan
- Adjusting the schedule as needed to accommodate changes or delays
- Providing administrative support to various departments or teams
- Assisting in the planning and execution of projects
- Addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Human Resources Support
- Finding solutions to challenges that arise
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
