Description
We are searching for a Female Admin Assistant with good communication skills to join our company in Sharjah

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Office Organization
  • Coordinating the production process, from concept to completion
  • Juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing workloads efficiently
  • Providing regular project updates and status reports
  • Monitoring task progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Proficiency in using office software such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping
  • Creating a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and dependencies
  • Identifying potential risks and developing a risk management plan
  • Adjusting the schedule as needed to accommodate changes or delays
  • Providing administrative support to various departments or teams
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of projects
  • Addressing customer inquiries or concerns
  • Human Resources Support
  • Finding solutions to challenges that arise

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
