Hostess - Japanese Cuisine

Location:
Four Seasons Resort - 23A St - Jumeirah - Jumeirah - Mimi Kakushi Dubai


Job Summary:


As a restaurant hostess, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing table assignments, and ensuring a smooth flow of customers into the dining area.

You will provide exceptional customer service by accommodating guest needs and preferences, while also assisting in maintaining a well-organized and welcoming environment.


Responsibilities:


Greeting and Seating Guests:
Welcome guests as they arrive, inquire about their reservation status, and guide them to their tables.

Managing Reservations:
Handle incoming reservations, keep track of table availability, and ensure an efficient seating arrangement.

Customer Assistance:
Address guest inquiries, provide menu information, and assist with special requests or accommodations.

Coordinating with Servers:

Communicate with the serving staff to ensure they are aware of table assignments and special requests made by guests.


Maintaining Cleanliness:
Oversee the cleanliness of the reception area and ensure the dining area is presentable and tidy.

Assisting in Operations:
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to manage waitlists, handle walk-in guests, and maintain a smooth dining experience.

Handling Payments:
Assist in managing the payment process by coordinating with servers and cashiers as guests leave.


Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.


Application Process:


Salary:
AED4, AED5,500.00 per month
