Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the MEP contracting services operations, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, to a high quality, and within budget.
Plan and schedule MEP projects, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that project deadlines are met.
Manage and supervise the MEP team, providing direction, guidance, and support, and ensuring that staff are meeting performance standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and report on the progress of MEP projects to the Managing Partner/ CEO, ensuring that they are delivered to the required quality standards and specifications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective MEP contracting services operations.
Monitor and report on financial performance and budgets for the MEP contracting services.

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in MEP contracting services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience working in the
UAE is a must, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP contracting services, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team oversight skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Good knowledge of MEP design principles and regulations.
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Experience with MEP software tools and systems.
Working knowledge of ERP and project management tools.
