Description

As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's ecommerce operations
:

Your primary focus will be to drive online sales, improve the customer experience, and optimize the company's digital presence
:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and profitable ecommerce operation
:

Develop and implement ecommerce strategy based on salesrelated insights, prevailing standards, and novel trends and technology developments in order to improve website performance
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, and conversion
Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
Direct the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
Work with developers to improve website speed and ease of navigation
Create promotional offers and check to see that these are uploaded precisely.
Analyze traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Review copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy
Review the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
Examine salesrelated metrics to inform restocks.
Pull, prepare, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
Work with consumer care and customer service to resolve issues and keep customers happy.
Meet and exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, quality of product or service, and speed of delivery.
Practice careful product handling and proper temperature storage of every product picked.
Assist in managing and controlling expenditures, including supplies, postage, and utilities.
Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven reports on performance & develop strategies
Oversee the development of new websites or the expansions of current ones, coordinating with web development and design teams
