Seeking Sales Consultants/Property Consultants/Portfolio Managers professionals to join our team.
(OFF PLAN MARKET ONLY)
Required Experience in the real estate industry of at least 1-2 years. Should have great English communication abilities. Any other language will be extra advantage.

Duties & Requirements:

Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.
Selfmotivated Personality who enjoys helping people finding their dream home and building relationships.
Hardworking and positive attitude is your middle name.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation ability.
Fluent in English. Added languages are an advantage
French, Russian, Chinese.
Must hold a valid UAE driver's license and a car.
RERA certified preferred.
Must START IMMEDIATELY.
Self disciplined, with excellent time management skills, and flexible to achieve results
Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent followup to convert into appointments.
Acquire thorough knowledge of offplan developments and secondary market in Dubai.
Prospect potential clients looking to buy & sell property in Dubai.
Acquire, List, and Showcase secondary sale properties in Dubai.
Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Be well informed of the Real Estate market trends.
Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market
Analyze and investigating price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals
Maintain and manage client's database with details of deals, contract, and payments
