My client is a leading Multinational company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to their clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide expert advice on leveraging Dynamics 365 applications to meet their needs.

Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 applications, including configuration, customization, and integration to ensure seamless deployment.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the capabilities of Dynamics 365 applications and how they can be best utilized to drive business value.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document functional and technical requirements for customizations and enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Stay current with updates and new features in Dynamics 365 applications, and proactively share insights and best practices with clients.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Application Consultant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
Strong consulting and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
Experience in leading workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and translate them into effective solutions using Dynamics 365 applications.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
