- Provide advice and suggestions to customers regarding flower care, arrangement, and suitable selections for specific occasions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Manage cash register and handle money accurately.
- Upsell additional products such as vases, greeting cards, and other gift items.
- Inspect flower deliveries for quality and freshness; properly store and condition flowers to maintain their longevity.
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or issues to the shop manager.
- Ensure floral displays are fresh, attractive, and replenished regularly.
- Clean work areas, tools, and equipment after use to maintain hygiene and efficiency.

- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role.
