    Responsibilities:

    • Gathering,collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information fordata entry.
    • Conducting research to obtaininformation for incomplete documents andmaterials.
    • Creating digital documents frompaper or dictation.
    • Reviewing all documents andinformation for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errorsor inconsistencies.
    • Capturing data into digitaldatabases and performing regularbackups.
    • Updating and maintaining databases,archives, and filing systems.
    • Monitoring andreviewing databases and correcting errors orinconsistencies.
    • Generating and exporting datareports, spreadsheets, and documents asneeded.
    • Performing clerical duties such asfiling, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing asneeded.

    Requirements:

    • Highschool diploma or GED.
    • 1 year experience as adata entry operator or similar.
    • Excellenttyping abilities.
    • Excellent time management andmultitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in datacapturing and office management software such as MS Office andGoogle Suite.
    • The ability to manage and processhigh volumes of data accurately.
    • Goodunderstanding of databases and digital and paper filingsystems.
    • Knowledge of administrative andclerical operations.
    • Keen eye for detail andthe ability to concentrate for extendedperiods.
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
