- Gathering,collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information fordata entry.
- Conducting research to obtaininformation for incomplete documents andmaterials.
- Creating digital documents frompaper or dictation.
- Reviewing all documents andinformation for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errorsor inconsistencies.
- Capturing data into digitaldatabases and performing regularbackups.
- Updating and maintaining databases,archives, and filing systems.
- Monitoring andreviewing databases and correcting errors orinconsistencies.
- Generating and exporting datareports, spreadsheets, and documents asneeded.
- Performing clerical duties such asfiling, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing asneeded.
- Highschool diploma or GED.
- 1 year experience as adata entry operator or similar.
- Excellenttyping abilities.
- Excellent time management andmultitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in datacapturing and office management software such as MS Office andGoogle Suite.
- The ability to manage and processhigh volumes of data accurately.
- Goodunderstanding of databases and digital and paper filingsystems.
- Knowledge of administrative andclerical operations.
- Keen eye for detail andthe ability to concentrate for extendedperiods.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
