Description

INOI is an international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years experience in mobile phone business.

We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries.

All global electronic brands are in our portfolio.

Now we are establishing our new office in Dubai and are looking for Recruiter to become a part of our dream team

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiteror a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competencybased, stress etc)
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Handson experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decisionmaking skills
BS/MS in Human Resources Management
Fluent English
