Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international organisation, who is looking to hire a HR Generalist to support the daily functions of the HR Department in their Dubai Office.

Our client requires somebody who speaks Spanish fluently and is passionate about Human Resources, career driven and enthusiastic.

About the role

As a HR Generalist, you will also monitor staff holiday and sick leave, coordinate with the PRO regarding visa process as well as handle other HR Operational Responsibilities.

About you

To be considered for this role, you should have further education in HR or a similar field with 2+ years' experience working within Human Resources.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent recruitment and onboarding process, with exceptional knowledge of UAE labor law.

It is essential that you have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
