Job Overview

What you'll be responsible for

As the Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership, structure, and assurance across both corporate and operational environments, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike.

At a corporate level, you will:

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across DHE

Translate regulatory and strategic requirements into clear, practical guidance and standards

Oversee inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure alignment with statutory and internal requirements

Act as a key point of coordination with regulators, including Dubai Municipality

Drive group-wide initiatives such as near-miss reporting and safety performance monitoring

At a business unit level, you will:

Support operations with hands-on HSE expertise tailored to leisure and entertainment environments

Establish and support HSE committees, embedding accountability and ownership at site level

Guide risk identification and mitigation across public safety, operational safety, process safety, and occupational health

Develop emergency preparedness and response frameworks, including drills and testing

Lead incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained

Build capability through targeted HSE training, awareness, and engagement

Effective HSE audits covering guest, employee, and operational safety

What we're looking for

This role suits a confident, credible HSE leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.

You will bring:

A Bachelor's degree and NEBOSH National or International Diploma

5 years' experience + across Health, Safety and Environment roles

Deep knowledge of HSE management systems and regulatory frameworks

Strong familiarity with Dubai Municipality and local regulatory requirements

Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations in complex operational environments

The ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders

Additional strengths that will set you apart:

Lead or Internal Auditor certification

Experience within leisure, entertainment, facilities, or high-risk public environments

A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Who you'll work with

Internally, you will partner closely with Operations, Human Capital, Procurement, and Facilities teams. Externally, you will engage with regulators, civil defence, and specialist training providers.
