    Due to a promotion in our team, we are hiring another business development manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory.

    To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive B2B sales of hardware products in the Audio Visual, Building and Home Automation, Home Cinema, Video Intercom, Guest Room Management System, Access Control, and Security Management Systems sectors.

    Identify and target potential clients and market segments, building strong relationships and driving new business opportunities.
    Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional strategies.
    Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
    Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and brands in the sector.
    Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.


    Requirements:


    Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hardware products sector related to Audio Visual, Building and Home Automation, Home Cinema, Video Intercom, Guest Room Management System, Access Control, and Security Management Systems.

    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    Strong knowledge and understanding of the mentioned hardware products and their applications.
    Experience in dealing with renowned brands like Crestron, INTEREL, Lutron, and Extron would be highly beneficial.
    Exceptional business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities.
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Willingness to travel as required.
