    What Will Your Main ResponsibilitiesBe

    • Enable and deliver the Packaging Project Program (OTIF).
      • Management and delivery of assignedpersonal care category packaging initiatives. Develop a strategicvision for the project with team members as required agree on theproject goal objectives and milestones with the project leader andrelevant stakeholders and translate these into a technical projectplan.
      • Partner with Supply chain designresource brand product development consumer research and agenciesto cocreate and facilitate flawless global packaginginitiatives.
      • Embed packaging excellencebestpractice and processes for sustainable packagingsolutions.
      • Partner with suppliers to deliverbest in class packaging innovations.
      • To managethe generation and safeguarding of intellectual property arisingfrom project work including careful management.
      • Plan execute and validate packaging trials in respectiveUnilever plants.
      • Be responsible for technicalspecifications for packaging components.
      • Manage a specific packaging portfolio / platformincluding specification harmonization andsimplification.
      • Understand embrace andleverage the internal and external fast prototyping and digitalecosystem.
    • Enable overall sustainabilityagenda in alignment with engineering and procurement teamsupport and drive the Skin Cleansing Personal Care Category towardsour medium/longterm sustainability ambition.
      • In collaboration with global packaging teams helpfacilitate and rollout the packaging sustainabilityprogram.
      • Master packaging functionalrequirements.
    • Consumer centric packagingengineering.
      • Shape informand participate in consumer research work. In close collaborationwith our internal and external consumer insight departments andagencies.
      • Connect packaging engineeringconsumer insight and design.
      • Scouting themarket for technology and design innovation.
    • General
      • Comply with theUnilever Code of Business Principles and all SHE and QA policiesincluding the support of product claims risk management andenvironmental awareness.
      • Interface with otherinternal and external functions in support of project delivery(e.g.: marketing supply chain supply management packaging GDC otherRDC functions).
      • Manage and deliver their ownagreed workplan.

    WHAT YOU NEED TOSUCCEED

    Experiences& Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in engineering preferablymechanical or chemical engineering background.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in R&Dpackaging development department (preferred) Supply Chain packagingfilling lines / Quality Assurance inpackaging.
    • Experiencedtechnical project leader with a proven track record of projectdelivery in a complex organizationalenvironment.
    • Very goodknowledge of MS Office.
    • Experience and knowledge in packaging testing and packagingvalidation in FMCG.
    • Goodsupply chain knowledge.
    • Strong multiple interfaces management and capability of leadingvirtual teams.
    • Very goodteam player.
    • Excellentcommunication & interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively cooperate withinmultidisciplinary teams on local and regional.
    • Full proficiency in English languageskills.
    • Analyticalthinking and good at data analysis and understanding the systemsand the interfaces.
