Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, rentals, and leases.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable related to
real estate operations

Monitor and analyze real estate revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, specifically related to real estate activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations specific to the real estate industry.
Collaborate with sales and real estate agents to gather necessary financial information and support their operational needs.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns, including property tax assessments, sales tax, and income tax related to real estate transactions.

Monitor and track lease agreements, rent payments, and tenantrelated financial matters.
Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process for real estate portfolios.
Perform periodic audits and internal control reviews to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Stay updated with industry trends, changes in accounting regulations, and best practices in real estate accounting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate accounting or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of real estate financial processes, including property transactions, leases, and rental income management.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and real estate accounting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation or progress towards obtaining it is preferred

Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
