    PrincipleResponsibilities

    • Continue to deliver the strategy forCorporate Sales with the primary objective of the role being tomanage and develop the revenue and profitability while ensuring itsbroader alignment with the overallstrategy.
    • Taking ownership for the strategy todrive the productivity initiative by leveraging thecommercialisation of digital tools, reviewing process efficienciesetc
    • A constant drive to improve the cost ofservice delivery will also be a key focus of the role and willrequire championing key initiatives, such as servicing moretransactional needs via e-capability.
    • Identifysales opportunities that address specific needs for our clients andmanaging from identification to point of sale and through posttrade process
    • Service a portfolio of Strategicand/or Focus clients, including Transactional clients whererequired
    • Provide day to day sales coverageusing the full suite of Corporate Sales offerings and support teammembers to do the same
    • Deliver services andsolutions that meet client needs and where necessary leverage thebank's depth of product expertise and ThoughtLeadership
    • Collaborate with other internalstakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Global Liquidity& Cash Management (GLCM), and Global Trade and ReceivablesFinance (GTRF), to service client needs and improve share ofwallet
    • Drive efficiency and profitability bychampioning adoption and use of relevant service offerings to meetclient needs
    • Manage changes to processes astechnology platforms evolve
    • Work throughCorporate Sales for ensuring all Global Service Centre outsourcedactivities are executed in line with the agreed SLA's andrequirements for servicing clients
    • Identify andoriginate cross-sell opportunities (cross-border, Corporate Sales/CRS, and cross-selling the Bank)

    SupervisoryResponsibilities

    • Setdirection and leadership for reporting sales staff and beaccountable for their management, including conduct and GlobalStandards
    • Supervise activities of staff tomitigate the risks of inappropriate trading, unauthorised activity,financial crime, and inappropriate marketconduct
    • Comply with the Front OfficeSupervision Control Policy and vigilant operation of Front Officesupervisory tasks
    • Build an enthusiastic andmotivated team that demonstrate HSBC Group values andprinciples
    • Provide leadership, support,guidance and training to all teammembers
    • Conduct regular performance managementappraisals with all team members
    • Be involved instrategic discussions with the senior managementteams
