    Responsibilities:

    1. Patient Coordination:
    • Manage patient appointments ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of aesthetic services.
    • Greet and assist patients providing a welcoming and professional environment.
    1. Documentation and RecordKeeping:
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
    • Prepare and organize documents related to patient consultations and treatments.
    1. Communication:
    • Effectively communicate with patients addressing inquiries and providing information about clinic services.
    • Collaborate with the medical team to relay relevant information and updates.
    1. Billing and Payments:
    • Process patient invoices and handle payment transactions in accordance with clinic policies.
    • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
    1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the clinic including answering phones managing emails and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating clinic events and promotions.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an aesthetic clinic for a minimum of 4 years.
    • Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner.
    • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
