- Patient Coordination:
- Manage patient appointments ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of aesthetic services.
- Greet and assist patients providing a welcoming and professional environment.
- Documentation and RecordKeeping:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Prepare and organize documents related to patient consultations and treatments.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with patients addressing inquiries and providing information about clinic services.
- Collaborate with the medical team to relay relevant information and updates.
- Billing and Payments:
- Process patient invoices and handle payment transactions in accordance with clinic policies.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic including answering phones managing emails and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating clinic events and promotions.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an aesthetic clinic for a minimum of 4 years.
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
