Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

All customer communication to be on recorded callsTo ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracyFull awareness on product knowledgeMaintain effective business relationship with customersTo provide Market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product improvementTo maximize cross sell of all banking productsPreferenceProven 1-2 years of experience in Digital banking and Sales of Personal Loans, Credit cards, CASA etc.

Excellent communication skills with ability to perform as team player

Qualifications:
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
