Description
1. Provide after-sales support and responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Handles incoming customer inquiries in a courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Responding to dealers and end users service inquiries, such as installation, spare parts and product related inquiries.
  • Generate call sheets and schedule service appointments to the technician.
5. coordinate customer for service schedule.

  • Compile report and update client on completion and status of the service.
  • Gathering information from the technician and inform client for the required parts and or product/services.
  • Analyzing the problem and suggest to the customer for product repair or product replacement based on the status of the unit.
  • Follow up workshop units and update customer for the status.
  • Sends spare parts to order request to immediate supervisor if the parts is not available and disseminate information to the customer for eta.
  • Sending quotation for parts replacement, installation, and SERVICE-RELATED works.
  • Generating Sales Order, TRANSFER Request, Quotation, Product Replacement in system as required.
  • Filing the daily report for record keeping and future reference.
  • Handles the work of immediate supervisor during absence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer support.

Required Experience & Skills:

Languages :
English

1-3 years relevant experience
Female applicants
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude


Experience:


  • Service Coordinator /
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
