    Real Estate Sales Agent | Full-Time | Commission-Based

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Engage in outbound calling to sellers/landlords and network within designated communities.
    • Market Expertise: Conduct market appraisals, promote and monitor properties, schedule photoshoots, and virtual tours.
    • Social Media Engagement: Create compelling social media content related to your area and properties to enhance visibility.
    • Client Relations: Develop strong relationships with sellers/landlords, provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgage solutions.
    • Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and landlords to achieve successful deals.
    • Working Hours:9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday (Saturdays optional).

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of real estate experience.
    • Skills: Strong sales negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
    • Attributes: Steely determination, financially driven, highly motivated, and well-presented.
    • Requirements: Minimum 21 years old, valid driving license, financially stable to relocate to Dubai.
