Description
Recording and maintaining accurate records of employee work hours, absences, and vacation time on each time location.

  • Tracking employee attendance and work hours, including overtime and breaks.
  • Calculating employee wages and benefits based on hours worked.
  • Monitoring employee vacation and sick time.
  • Updating monthly trade list and share it with finance to process trade allowance along with salary
  • Submitting monthly client wise time sheet to finance to process the invoices
  • Preparing monthly reports for management on employee attendance and timekeeping that's including sick leaves or any other kind of leaves.
  • Resolving discrepancies or errors in time and attendance records.
  • Verifying and approving employee timecards or timesheets.
  • Communicating with employees and supervisors regarding time and attendance policies and procedures.
  • Reporting any timekeeping irregularities to supervisors for further investigation
  • Making sure that timekeeping records are stored securely
  • Providing support to payroll and human resources departments.
  • Keeping uptodate with changes to time and attendance laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or other designated personnel.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
