Responsibilities:


  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of immigration sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and understanding of immigration processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as legal and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration policies, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new sales team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in immigration services sales, with a track record of successful team management.

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of immigration processes and policies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Results-oriented and focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Salary:
From AED4,500.00 per month
