Production Manager With Joinery Experience (Interior Joinery Factory)

This Production Manager's role is with one of the region's leading Interior Joinery fit out Company. They have an enviable reputation and working on numerous prestigious Commercial, ,offices, hotel and fit outs.

The Role

The Production Manager will be directly responsible for the planning, preparation and production of required joinery for the company's various projects

You will need:

An indepth knowledge of all aspects of modern joinery manufacturing and a knowledge of the Super Yacht and marine environment would be an advantage.
Knowledge of all aspects of furniture construction, which includes but is not limited to; cabinets, furniture, wall paneling systems, doors, mouldings etc.
Fully conversant with all types of manual wood working machinery and to be fully conversant with all types of wood working CNC machinery and their associated programs.
Good leadership, Organization & coordination skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
