    Position Overview:


    As the HR Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's human resources strategy and driving the implementation of HR policies and processes.

    You will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior management to attract, develop, and retain top talent for the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
    • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent
    • Develop and oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies
    • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement
    • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Oversee the compensation and benefits program, ensuring it remains competitive and aligned with industry standards
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and labor authorities
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions
    • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
    • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
    • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of top talent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
    • HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus
