- Complete all food production activities as per the Production Procedures and Supervisor instructions.
- Offloading of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and their storage
- Loading of goods to Blast Freezer and unloading of frozen products from Blast Freezer, packing of frozen/chilled goods and moving the packed goods to Cold store.
- Portioning of Chilled/Frozen Poultry, Beef and Lamb into portions.
- To daily clean production floor, drainage lines, utensils and equipment's.
- Complete production task effectively with in the given period and based on production orders.
- Willingness to work in day and night shifts flexible schedule and for extended hours (overtime)
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willing to work in cold environment Cold store (-18 Degree Centigrade), Chiller (5 Degree Centigrade), Processing area (15 Degree Centigrade)
- Perform any other assignments as required by the Shift In-charge or Production Supervisor.
