- Manage and optimize product listings on assigned online marketplaces.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure product listings are attractive and competitive.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics to identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Merchandising teams to develop promotional strategies tailored to the assigned marketplace.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences specific to the eCommerce environment.
- Manage relationships with assigned marketplace focusing on account management.
- Forecast and track sales trends within the assigned channels.
- Provide regular reports on marketplace performance highlighting eCommerce specific metrics.
- Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and platforms for expansion.
- Manage any escalations related to marketplace operations, focusing on effective eCommerce issue resolution.
- Take Accountability for all marketplace processes related to accounts receivable, payables, legal, customer service, and all related administrative due diligence.
- University/College degree required or equivalent work experience.
- MUST have experience handling amazon seller and vendor account.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing, promoting and optimizing marketplace accounts.
