    Description
    As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your main responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. You will serve as the face and voice of IIQAF, representing our brand and upholding our values of excellence, integrity, and reliability.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media to provide timely and accurate information and assistance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized solutions.
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments within IIQAF to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
    • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and promote customer retention through excellent service and follow-up.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Sound knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
