  • Preparation and review of financial statements, schedules, notes, cashflows etc for multiple entities in ME
  • Ensure the statutory compliances time to time
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors for timely closure of audit and provide required information time to time
  • Work with audit team in planning the audits, execution and closure.
  • Communicate audit progress to superiors on regular basis.
  • Work with audit managers to analyze and resolve audit issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare audit findings and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure that audit files are reviewed and stored in the department's audit repository
  • Ensure that operational and financial procedures are in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Assist in developing audit programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge about audit tools and techniques.
  • Participate in audit meetings and build positive working relationships with Auditors.
  • Provide data analytical support to audit department.
  • Support in day to day accounting works.
  • Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
  • Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
  • Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
  • Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications :

  • Extensive Auditing knowledge
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of compliances and procedures.
  • Familiarity with group and local reporting requirements.
  • Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other tax team members.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • We are looking for a candidate with 10 to 15 years of experience in Auditing and reporting of financial accounts. Preferred candidates have CA semi qualification. The candidate must be proficient with the following software/tools: Strong skills and experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, & Power point
