Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven female Real Estate Listing Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

As a Listing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our real estate portfolio by identifying and listing properties for sale or rent.

Your primary responsibilities will include calling property owners, promoting new projects, handling inquiries from sales agents, and ensuring effective communication throughout the sales process.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Proactively contact property owners to assess interest in selling or renting.
  • Promotion of

New Projects:
Showcase and highlight key features of new real estate projects.

  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with property owners, agents, and clients.
  • Assistance to

Sales Agents:
Support sales team with inquiries and information.

  • Listing Management: Gather property information, maintain accuracy, and list on various platforms.
  • Deal Facilitation: Coordinate viewings, meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Mortgage Process Understanding: Guide clients through transactions and address concerns.

Requirements:

- minimum 2 years real estate experience in listing.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with property platforms and CRM tools.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
