Open for Emirati Fresh graduates with a Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Summary

Perform ME daytoday activities like

• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Drive root cause analysis along with QC.
• Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards in manufacturing processes.
• Write and update technical process documents including standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions process flow diagrams and other documentation as needed.
• Create BOM and Router of New Mold and Reline stators.
• Design develop and improve toolings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate & ensure safe work environment in the shop.
• Ability to Work under limited supervision using standard practices.
• Proficient in reading Engineering DWGs.
• Ability to Create 3D models and CNC programs as per DWG requirement.
• Standardize Tooling.
• Prepare cost and benefit report (Cost savings of improvement projects).
• Train operators in detail for the Machine operations and setups.
• Sustain 5S & Lean practice initialization.
• Work with in the allowed time and ensure meeting departmental Goals.
• Special projects advised by the supervisor.

• Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret data trends and metrics to make informed decisions and improvements.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in measurements specifications and quality control to maintain high standards.
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively with crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Communication: Clearly conveying technical information project updates and recommendations to diverse audiences including colleagues and management.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in manufacturing processes equipment and tools relevant to the industry (e.g. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma).
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion including planning scheduling and resource allocation.

EDUCATIONA QULAIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent
• 01 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• CAD/CAM SoftwareAutoCad/Solidworks
• Office tools MS Excel Power point.
• Preferably in a machine shop or precision manufacturing.
