Responsibilities:

Conduct oneonone personal training sessions for hotel guests, taking into account their fitness goals, abilities, and any specific health considerations.
Develop customized fitness programs and monitor guests' progress to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to yoga, pilates, aerobics, and circuit training, to accommodate the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
Provide guidance and support to guests on proper exercise techniques, equipment usage, and safety precautions.
Promote the hotel's fitness facilities and services, encouraging guest participation and engagement.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the gym equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and addressing any issues promptly.
Stay up to date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments, incorporating new knowledge into your training programs.

Requirements:

Certified fitness instructor with a recognized certification.
Proven experience in providing personal training and group fitness instruction.
Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and anatomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate guests.
Passion for health, wellness, and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
CPR and first aid certification.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
AED1,200.00 per month
