Requirements:

  • Responsible for developing compliance activities, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks.
  • Proactively auditing processes, practices and documents
  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with all the legal guidelines and internal policies.
  • Identify risks or nonconformity issues, draft, modify and implement company policies.
  • Monitor enforcement of standards and regulations with collaborate with various department
  • Identify possible compliance risks with assessing the business future ventures
  • Identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
  • Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program
  • Evaluate business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk
  • Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
  • Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Legal or related studies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a compliance officer role
  • Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures ideally within the trading or FMCG industry
  • Good knowledge of the Food Manufacturing industry standards and regulations

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to Relocate:

  • Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
