- Develop and implement qualitycontrol plans, procedures, and guidelines for construction andlandscape projects.
- Conduct inspections andaudits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industrystandards, and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewproject plans, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolvepotential quality issues.
- Collaborate withdesign and engineering teams to establish and maintain qualitystandards throughout the projectlifecycle.
- Perform on-site inspections tomonitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with projectspecifications.
- Conduct regular checks onconstruction and landscaping activities to ensure they align withapproved plans and quality standards.
- Identifyand document non-conformities, and work with the project team toimplement corrective and preventiveactions.
- Manage and maintain documentation ofquality control activities, including reports, test results, andinspection records.
- Coordinate and conductmaterial testing as per projectrequirements.
- Maintain accurate records of alltest results and inspections.
- Preparecomprehensive quality control reports for management and projectstakeholders.
- Ensure that all relevantdocumentation is properly organized and accessible for audits andreviews.
- Provide training to project personnelon quality standards, procedures, and bestpractices.
- Communicate quality expectations tosubcontractors and suppliers and ensure their compliance withestablished standards.
- Foster a culture ofquality and continuous improvement within the projectteam.
- Stay informed about relevant constructioncodes, regulations, and industry bestpractices.
- Ensure that all construction andlandscape activities comply with applicable safety andenvironmental regulations.
