Role purpose_

The experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Determine due dates, distribute duties, and track and summarize project progress. Prepare status reports on the project for upper management.

About the role_

Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with the business timetable, and able to forecast the project requirements
Oversee the planning, coordinating, and control of projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate with the production department to start a project; making all necessary arrangements for design, drawing, and sample approval.
Provide regular, timely information on project status, cost, significant risks, and required actions.
Create the project timeline while keeping track of each task to ensure timely completion.
Analyze the bottleneck of the project and report the same to the Project Manager on time and take immediate preventive action to bring in the project timeline
Participate in planning major projects & resolve conflicts during the execution
Supervise activities related to projects by providing inputs to the production depart/ design team/ management
Comprehension of CAD drawings from 3D drawings provided by clients, concepts verbal instructions, and site visits.
Daily project management involves overseeing various projects and ensuring that the right amount of labor, supplies, and equipment is available for daily progress and ontime project completion
To distinguish between projects components that were successful and failed, conduct project completion reports and provide a recommendations report.
Ensures that project documents are updated, finished, and stored properly.
To deal with clients and consultants, you must have exceptional communication abilities.
Develop, maintain, and expand any business relations that are essential to the project's and the company's future endeavors.

Required Qualifications_

23 years' experience in project coordination
Must have experience managing interior fitout projects and expertise in premium brands.
To deal with clients and consultants, you must have exceptional communication abilities.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with project management software tools
