- Experience of working in Court environment and researching cases
- An ability to take responsibility, build and maintain strong relationships
- Preferably a postgraduate in Law or a Bachelor of Law graduate
- An excellent command of the English language
- Experience drafting judgements and orders
- Strong research skills within the legal field and ability to provide clear responses for Judges
- The ability to prepare presentations on legal research
- Drafting and preparing practice directions and guidance notes
- Minimum of 5-8 years experience in a similar role

Description
We have an exciting new vacancy for a Judicial Assistant in DIFC Courts with a passion for judicial excellence, attention to detail and an enthusiastic positive attitude.
As our new Judicial Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative research and legal support to the Resident Judges and the Registry in line with DIFC Courts policies and procedures and Dubai & UAE Laws.
