Description
Prepares and process immigration, GDRFA, Labor, Municipality, Ejari, etc.

  • Ensures all information and documents are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinates with the clients.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward customers always.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per the work requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Any task/s as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Please find the below qualities required: -
Nationality = UAE with family book (Must)

Gender = Male/Female

Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in Customer Happiness
