Procurement Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Workz Group
Description
Responsible for daily inventory stock ordering.- Raising PO's and coordinating with suppliers for delivery.
- Inter department business bid request processing.
- Manage existing and qualify new suppliers
- Coordinating with Finance for payment processing documentation and raising of part numbers in the system
- Any kind of report generation pertaining to procurement team as required
- Organizing procurement strategy meetings (internal & with supplier).
- Prepare costing sheets for sales support team on all RFQ/Tenders
- Check customer orders against signed quotations and highlight any discrepancies to the sales admin team
- Renegotiate and raise PO's to suppliers with signature approvals
- Manage artwork transfers with suppliers; obtain digital proofs and manage delivery of Pre-Production Samples to sales admin for customer approval.
- Manage orders, event updates, documentation, approvals, deliveries etc in the CCP against each customer order
- Coordinate freight schedules (inbound, outbound, direct shipments etc) with the Logistics team
- Management Reporting and adhoc reports when requested
- Invoicing management including communicating time frames to other departments such as finance.
- Generating customer consignment inventory reports on a weekly basis.
- Manage vendor nonconformances (linked or not to customer complaint) in WIRE, issue formal notification and coordinate actions for resolution.
Salary:
From AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
