Qualifications: Batchelor degree in Engineering or relevantfield

• A Batchelor degreein Mechanical/Electrical Eng or Equivalenteducation.
• A minimum of 7 years'experience is required however in the maintenance/FM industryexperience is essential (5 years) and a minimum of 3 years inFacilities management exposure is must.
• 1 yearminimum in the Managerial role
