Job description
Required 5-10 years UAE experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Survey. A candidate who is ready to work under pressure to achieve target dates for submission of tenders to clients. Should have excellent knowledge in drawings and be able to take the quantities and estimation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fitout projects including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and pricing trends to ensure competitiveness.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures throughout the construction phase.
Develop cost control strategies to keep projects within budget.
Can negotiate with the supplier for pricing
Qualifications:
Possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Survey
Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam/Planswift
Good knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office).
Minimum 5-10 years UAE experience in Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in interior fitout /similar field.
Multitasking , can handle 3-4 projects at a time & Can work under pressure
