    Description

    Requirements:

    • Well verse with UAE Central Bank regulations.
    • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
    • Proficient user of finance software.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
    • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
    • 7-10 years working with any reputed exchange houses in UAE.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Presenting financial reports related to budgets, account payables/ receivables, expenses etc. to the Management.
    • Arrange to submit accurate regulatory reports, such as monthly returns, quarterly returns, monthly remittance reports, audited financial statements, etc. within the submission deadlines to the Central Bank.
    • Review statements related to remittances, foreign currency export/import, special products/services from banks, remittance partners or other relevant institutions/partners to perform reconciliation of balances on a regular basis.
    • Investigate differences identified during the reconciliation process and report all unreconciled items to the General Manager on regular basis.
    • Assess the amount of unclaimed funds as on the last day of every month.
    • Assess the liquidity position and capital adequacy on a regular basis and inform to the General Manager.
    • Responsible for maintaining comprehensive and accurate books of accounts and supporting records that reflect correct liquidity/financial positions at all times.
    • Responsible for annual Central Bank CRV reporting.
    • Review the reporting of Central Bank returns.
    • Manage Annual audit of the books of account by external auditor and assist them with the required documentation.
    • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
    • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
    • Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
    • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions
    • Develop Budget on annual basis and monitor the performance on regularly basis.
    • Reviews and processes payments of the company.
    • Maintains & review an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and
    • company documents.
    • Receive funds requirements from Operations and arrange it on timely manner
    • Conduct analysis of late funding and improper utilization.
    • Prepare statements / Monthly reports to Management on timely manner.
    • Conduct analysis of any delay reports.
    • Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
    • Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.
    • Handles both internal and external audits
    • Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness in the bookkeeping and financial accounting.
    • Monthly review of the salary reports.
