Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting with Personal Care
Bathing and Grooming, Dressing, Toileting, and Exercise.
Emotional Support
Being a Stable Companion & Supporter in all Matters Personal, Health & Emotional.
Basic Food Preparation
Preparing Meals, Shopping, Housekeeping, Laundry, and other errands.
Mobility Assistance
Maneuvering in and out of Wheelchair, Car, Shower, Bed.
Care Communication
Relaying Information from each Visit to Family Members when Requested.
Health Monitoring
Following a Care Plan and Noticing Changes in the Individual's Health, Recording and Reporting any Fluctuations.
