Description

• Responsible for the server-sideproject development of ByteDance's enterprise solutionproducts, delivering highly available, high-performance, and highlyscalable business products through high-quality design andcoding;
• Responsible for participating in theconstruction of backend infrastructure, undertaking work related tonew technology research and tackling difficult technicalproblems;
• Responsible for exploring tools andprocesses to improve team efficiency, deeply involved in theteam's technical construction, and enhancing theteam's technicalatmosphere;
• Continuously contribute at allstages of the product delivery cycle, including but not limited torequirement communication/ system design/ testing communication andsupport/ monitoring and operation of online systems/ projectmanagement, etc.
  
  

Qualifications

MinimumQualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, amajor in computer science or related fields is preferred, with morethan 5 years of work experience;
• Familiar withJava or Golang related technology stack; familiar with JVM / Golangpprof related tuning methods, can quickly locate serviceproblems;
• Familiar with distributed systemdesign patterns, and skilled in using message queues, distributedstorage, cache, lock, and other technologies to build efficient,robust systems;
• Familiar with operatingsystems, computer networks, information security, and capable ofusing common data structures and algorithms to solveproblems;
• Familiar with MySQL and mainstreamNoSQL databases, with related usage and optimization experiences,able to analyze and solve related problemsindependently;
• Familiar with at least onescripting language, able to independently troubleshoot / solveproblems on Linux;
• Strong self-learningability, follows the progression of server-side technologies,continuously updating professional skills;
• Goodexecution, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communicationand collaboration skills, capable of leading the development ofmedium and large projects.
• Proficiency inEnglish is a must.
