Position :
Customer Service Cum Operations Executive

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.

Salary:
From AED2,500.00 per month

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
