We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of Adventure HQ across the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for adventure sports, retail excellence, and a proven track record in managing multiple retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all Adventure HQ stores in the UAE.
• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, adherence to company policies, and consistent implementation of brand standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and overall team performance.
• Set and achieve sales targets for each store, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Oversee inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to plan assortments and introduce new products.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring a consistently high level of service across all stores.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.
• Work with Visual Merchandisers to ensure attractive and effective product displays that align with brand guidelines.
• Implement seasonal displays and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Utilize market insights to inform product assortments, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts.
• Develop and manage budgets for each store, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
• Monitor expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and create a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
• Implement and oversee security measures to protect company assets.
• Work closely with HR for recruitment, training, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotional activities and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the retail industry, preferably within adventure sports or outdoor retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with adventure sports equipment and apparel is advantageous.
• Flexibility to travel across the UAE as needed.
