    VLAKAR Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while adhering to ethical and legal standards. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in the purchasing, selling, and renting of properties
    • Conduct market analysis to determine property values and provide clients with accurate information
    • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction
    • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
    • Stay updated on local and national real estate market trends and regulations
    • Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients
    • Negotiate and finalize deals in a timely and professional manner
    • Coordinate property showings and open houses
    • Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote properties
    • Collaborate with other real estate professionals to ensure a seamless process for clients

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Broker
    • Active Real Estate Broker license (RERA)
    • Strong knowledge of local and national real estate laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
