- Bachelor's degree inReservoir Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of experience, in subsurfaceReservoir Engineering issues with functional understanding ofgeology, geophysics, reservoir and fluid characterization issuesand how they relate to reservoir performance and developmentplanning
- Skilled inapplication of classical reservoir engineering analyticalmethods.
- Functional knowledge of reservoirengineering software such as Eclipse, VIP; modeling tools such asPetrel and RMS; PVT software, and integrated production managementtools (MBAL, Prosper etc.) and able to coach others onuse.
- Capable of performing basic simulationmodeling, using advanced modeling techniques. Experience withmultiple modeling tools required.
- Confidentpresentation and communication skills. Confident in representingthe team and the company at internal and external technical andoperational meetings.
- Track record of beingself-motivated and takes initiative. Enjoys taking on challengingproblems and aspires to deliver innovative technical solutions.Will not shy away from difficult problems or deadlines.
- Externalpublications including first Author publications in journals orconference proceedings; preferably peer reviewed.
