Build, plan and implement the overall product strategy for each of the brands in our portfolio

• Prepare and manage category budgets in line with overall Annual Operating Plans
• Manage and refine the Group's digital assets – websites, mobile apps - across multiple brands and geographies
• Continuously review changes in the market, consumer trends competitor activities and adjust business plans as necessary
• Plan and implement long term strategies for product categories
• Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products
• Enable content and catalogue creation for all product categories
• Collaborate with marketing and website merchandising teams to drive pricing, promotion calendars

Conduct market research and implement best practicesDaily Operations:

• Drive daily sales targets
• Drive pricing and promotions calendars
• Liase with engineering, category managers and website merchandising team to execute the daily/ weekly merchandising calendar
• Create OTBs and ensure fill rates in line with plans
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunitiesAnalytics
• Be the voice of the customer internally – share insights on navigation behaviour, product & service appeal
• Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize
• Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behaviour Disclaimer:
