• Ensure smooth and efficient dailyfloor operations of the restaurant andbar
• Develop and maintain a strong understandingof the company's food and beverage features to promote toclients.
• Liaise with the kitchen during serviceperiods to ensure quality service andpresentation.
• Supervise, train and assist Food& Beverage Attendants.
• Bring intoeffect the superior product and service expected for our guests inaccordance with policies and procedures adopted by theHotel.
  

Qualifications

Tobe a success in this position, you willhave:

• 12+months supervisory experience gained in a similarrole
• 3 years experience working within arestaurant or hotel environment
• Solidunderstanding of alcohol (preferred but notessential)
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
• Exceptional customerservice skills and an unwavering positiveattitude.
• A high level of self-motivation andconfidence.
• Diploma in Hospitality Managementor similar (preferred but notessential)
