We are partnering with one of the leading innovative solutions provider company in Dubai. We are looking for a Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions.

Your primary focus will be to understand and document business requirements related to asset management and data migration, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions utilizing Bentley AssetWise and MySQL databases.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their asset management and data migration needs. Gather, document, and prioritize clear and comprehensive business requirements.
Leverage your deep knowledge of Bentley AssetWise to configure and customize the platform to meet specific business needs. Ensure that AssetWise solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
Take charge of data migration projects, ensuring a smooth and accurate transition of data between systems. Develop data migration plans, validate data integrity, and implement data cleansing processes.
Utilize your MySQL experience to design, implement, and maintain databases that support AssetWise configurations and data migration tasks. Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Analyze existing asset management and data migration processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Work with crossfunctional teams to design and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct testing of AssetWise configurations, data migration processes, and database performance. Ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for endusers and other stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide training and support to endusers during the implementation and postimplementation phases. Address user inquiries and issues related to Bentley AssetWise and data migration processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Bentley AssetWise, data migration, and MySQL database management.
Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.
Expertise in Bentley AssetWise configuration and customization.
Proficiency in MySQL database design, implementation, and performance optimization.
Experience in designing and executing data migration projects.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Detailoriented and qualityfocused with strong problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in asset management and data migration will be a plus.
